Trevor Diamond
Associate
Trevor joined Bowen in 2022 via the Department of Defense Skillbridge Program (an opportunity for Service members to gain civilian work experience during the last 180 days of service). Prior to joining Bowen, Trevor served as a Naval Officer onboard the USS Oak Hill (LSD-51), responsible for the safe navigation of the ship and its 700 Sailors and Marines onboard during deployments across the globe. Following his time at sea, Trevor came to Washington D.C. working for OPNAV N1 and the Chief of Naval Personnel to create an Authoritative Data Environment while overseeing +10 software developers. During this time Trevor was also selected as 1 of 14 Naval Officers to be a White House Social Aide facilitating the interaction of visiting dignitaries with President Biden and the First Lady.
Trevor received his bachelor’s degree from the United States Naval Academy and his Masters in Business Administration from the Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland. He is qualified as a general securities representative and holds a Series 79 license.
Outside of work, Trevor can be found playing ice hockey, cheering on the Buffalo Bills and working on his pickleball game.

Bowen’s internship program offers a rigorous, in-depth investment banking development experience. Our interns are placed on one of our 7 growth tech deal teams and engage directly with our senior team members on every cycle of the banking process. Our culture is entrepreneurial and fast-paced. We hire intellectually curious individuals with the passion and maturity needed to succeed in this challenging and rewarding environment.
