Robert "Bo" Picking
Analyst
Bo joined Bowen as an Analyst in 2023, following a 6-month co-op at the firm in 2022. His primary responsibilities include industry and financial analysis, business development, and deal execution.
Before joining Bowen, Bo completed 6-month internships at Raptor Group, the family office of James Pallotta, performing due diligence on early-stage technology startups and at GE Aviation’s Rotorcraft Turboprop division, where he did FP&A as part of GE’s Financial Management Program.
Bo received a B.S. in Business Administration from the D’Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University, concentrating in Finance and Entrepreneurship. While there, he also played on the Club Hockey team, making it to the National Championship Tournament every year.
Outside of work, Bo can be found either playing the guitar or out on the golf course honing his swing.

Bowen’s internship program offers a rigorous, in-depth investment banking development experience. Our interns are placed on one of our 7 growth tech deal teams and engage directly with our senior team members on every cycle of the banking process. Our culture is entrepreneurial and fast-paced. We hire intellectually curious individuals with the passion and maturity needed to succeed in this challenging and rewarding environment.
We offer traditional summer analyst internships for undergraduate and graduate students as well as off cycle opportunities.
