Margot Lai
Brand Campaign Manager
Margot joined Bowen in 2023 as the firm’s first full-time marketing hire. As the Brand Campaign Manager, she is responsible for executing Bowen’s strategic marketing initiatives.
Prior to this, Margot served as the Senior Marketing Manager at DealStreetAsia, a financial news platform focused on private equity and venture capital, where her primary focus was on driving growth and achieving marketing success for the company’s key business lines.
She holds an M.S. in Mass Communication with specializations in Marketing Communication Research and Data Analytics from Boston University. Additionally, she received her B.A. in Public Relations and Advertising from Shih Hsin University in Taipei, Taiwan.
Outside of work, Margot is involved with Pure Incubation Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to eradicating the cycle of poverty in the Philippines. In her leisure time, she enjoys a variety of active hobbies— from snowboarding and running to paddling and dancing — and she also loves baking bread.

Bowen’s internship program offers a rigorous, in-depth investment banking development experience. Our interns are placed on one of our 7 growth tech deal teams and engage directly with our senior team members on every cycle of the banking process. Our culture is entrepreneurial and fast-paced. We hire intellectually curious individuals with the passion and maturity needed to succeed in this challenging and rewarding environment.
We offer traditional summer analyst internships for undergraduate and graduate students as well as off cycle opportunities.
