Morgan Mergelkamp
Analyst
Morgan began her career at Bowen as an Analyst in early 2025, after completing a 6-month co-op with the firm during fall 2024. In her role, she focuses on industry and financial analysis, deal execution, and business development. Prior to joining Bowen full-time, Morgan gained valuable experience through co-op positions at Wellington Management and GMO LLC. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northeastern University’s D’Amore-McKim School of Business, concentrating in Finance and Marketing. Away from work, Morgan loves traveling, discovering new restaurants with friends, reading, listening to music, and spending time by any body of water.

Bowen’s internship program offers a rigorous, in-depth investment banking development experience. Our interns are placed on one of our growth tech deal teams and engage directly with our senior team members on every cycle of the banking process. Our culture is entrepreneurial and fast-paced. We hire intellectually curious individuals with the passion and maturity needed to succeed in this challenging and rewarding environment.
