Co-op Program
Bowen’s internship program offers a rigorous, in-depth investment banking development experience. Our interns are placed on one of our growth tech deal teams and engage directly with our senior team members on every cycle of the banking process. Our culture is entrepreneurial and fast-paced. We hire intellectually curious individuals with the passion and maturity needed to succeed in this challenging and rewarding environment.
We offer 6-month Spring and Fall analyst internships for undergraduate and graduate students as well as off cycle opportunities.

What drew me back to Bowen after my co-op was how quickly I was able to make a real impact and become a valued member of the team. It was incredibly motivating to know that every contribution I made was helping drive the firm's overall success.
Something that surprised me at Bowen was the emphasis the team places on my learning and development as a co-op. I recently joined, but I'm already being put on meaningful tasks that will be put in front of the client.
One of the best experiences was getting exposure to actual client processes early in my career. I think most interns and co-ops don't get to work on live deals, interface directly with CEOs, or dig deep into the technology of the clients they're working with. That was a big part of my journey and a lot of what resonated with me and made me want to continue here later in life.
