Charlie Vogt joined Bowen in 2025 as a Senior Advisor with over 35 years of cloud software & digital network infrastructure expertise and is recognized as a visionary and transformational CEO. Charlie has led 5 trend-setting technology companies from various stages, which include venture capital start-up, private equity turn-around, large-scale public company carve-out, and public company with annual revenue of $250 to $700 million.

Charlie has been instrumental in leading more than 100 M&A workstreams and has executed 25 transactions. He has secured over $700M in debt & equity and has traveled to more than 25 countries. Charlie has extensive Board of Director experience spanning venture capital, private equity, and public companies, including Chairman of the Board. He was a former member of YPO and a member of the executive board of ATIS (Alliance for Telecommunications Industry Solutions) and TIA (Telecommunications Industry Association).

Charlie received his bachelor’s degree from Saint Louis University, majoring in Economics and Computer Science. In 2013, Charlie was recognized as an honorary inductee in the Business Hall of Fame.

Charlie has been a featured speaker at industry and corporate events such as HPE, Microsoft, IBC, NAB, and Fiber Connect. He was recognized as EY Regional Entrepreneur of the Year, twice named Tech Titans Corporate CEO of the Year, and was recognized by Global Telecoms’ Power 100. When Charlie is not advising companies, venture capital, and private equity firms, he enjoys spending time with his family, boating, and playing golf and pickleball.
