Jay Patel
Analyst
Jay joined Bowen in 2025 after a six-month co-op at the firm in Spring 2024. His primary responsibilities include sector research, financial analysis, deal execution, and business development.
Before joining Bowen, Jay interned in financial operations at Bain Capital, energy consulting at ScottMadden Management Consultants, and asset management at U.S. Bank. He graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration and Economics, with a concentration in Finance, from Northeastern University’s D’Amore-McKim School of Business in December 2024.
Outside of work, Jay enjoys working on cars, exercising, and spending time with family and friends.

Bowen’s internship program offers a rigorous, in-depth investment banking development experience. Our interns are placed on one of our growth tech deal teams and engage directly with our senior team members on every cycle of the banking process. Our culture is entrepreneurial and fast-paced.
