Clifford Akins
Brand Management
Cliff joined Bowen as the dedicated marketing lead in 2026, after completing a Brand Management co-op in spring 2023. In his role, he manages the firm’s presence across social channels, email, and the website, working directly with Bowen’s leadership to turn deal activity and firm milestones into content for clients, partners, and the broader tech and investment banking community.
Prior to joining Bowen full-time, Cliff gained experience through a co-op at Keurig Dr Pepper, where he worked with the Brand Engagement team and contributed to the Master Data Management project. He also held sales development roles at Able Commercial Banking AI and Colossus Solar Software. He is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Business Analytics at Georgetown University, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northeastern University, concentrating in Brand Management and Entrepreneurship & Social Innovation. He studied abroad in Rome and Singapore, and holds certifications in Google Advertising, HubSpot Digital and Social Media Marketing, and AWS Cloud Foundations.
Outside of work, Cliff enjoys traveling, going to the movies, and engaging with his community in Washington, DC.

Co-op and Intern Analyst Team
Bowen’s internship program offers a rigorous, in-depth investment banking development experience. Our interns are placed on one of our growth tech deal teams and engage directly with our senior team members on every cycle of the banking process. Our culture is entrepreneurial and fast-paced. We hire intellectually curious individuals with the passion and maturity needed to succeed in this challenging and rewarding environment.
We offer traditional summer analyst internships for undergraduate and graduate students as well as off cycle opportunities.
