Charlie Vogt Joins Bowen

We are excited to announce that Charlie Vogt has joined Bowen as a Senior Advisor in our Cloud Software and Network Infrastructure practice, focusing on supporting emerging, middle-market, and large-cap companies innovating and scaling in this sector.

Charlie brings over 35 years of leadership in cloud software and digital infrastructure and is widely recognized as a visionary and transformational CEO. He has led 5 trend-setting technology companies from various stages, which include venture capital start-up, private equity turn-around, large-scale public company carve-out, and public company with annual revenue of $250 to $700 million. Charlie has been instrumental in leading more than 100 M&A workstreams and has executed over 25 transactions.

Charlie has extensive Board of Director experience spanning venture capital, private equity, and public companies, including Chairman of the Board. He was a former member of YPO and a member of the executive board of ATIS (Alliance for Telecommunications Industry Solutions) and TIA (Telecommunications Industry Association).
