Bowen is pleased to announce that SymphonyAI has completed the divestiture of SummitAI to technology entrepreneurs JP (JayaPrasad) Vejendla and Vinod Koppurapu. Bowen acted as the exclusive M&A advisor to SymphonyAI.
SummitAI provides AI-powered IT service management, IT asset management and IT operations management solutions to more than 200 enterprise customers worldwide. Recognized in Gartner research covering the ITSM market, the company recently introduced Apex, its agentic AI platform designed to automate complex enterprise workflows and improve IT service delivery.
