BOSTON, September 26, 2023 – Bowen is pleased to announce that LumenVox, a leading supplier of AI-driven speech and voice biometrics technology, has been acquired by Capacity, which provides AI-powered support automation software. Bowen acted as the exclusive financial advisor to LumenVox.
Headquartered in San Diego, LumenVox provides AI-based speech processing and voice biometrics software built on Deep Neural Network (DNN) technology. The company’s software facilitates billions of self-service and customer-agent interactions for some of the world’s largest call center and customer experience OEMs and enterprise customers. With the acquisition, Capacity will enhance its solutions with LumenVox’s sophisticated NLP, NLU and DNN technology while continuing to supply LumenVox’s cloud-native software to the market.
