Headquartered in Prague, Czech Republic, Brand Embassy provides a cloud-based omnichannel platform for customer service organizations, integrating over 30 social media and messaging channels, including Facebook Messenger, Twitter, Apple Business Chat, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, SMS, email and live chat. Brand Embassy will be embedded into CXone, NICE’s leading cloud customer experience platform, enabling NICE customers to adopt a digital-first strategy.
