Bowen Serves as M&A Advisor to Directly 

BOSTON, March 30, 2022 – Bowen is pleased to announce that Directly’s OnDemand business, a pioneer in gig-based customer experience and care, has been acquired by CSS Corp, a global customer experience and technology services provider. CSS Corp is a portfolio company of Capital Square Partners. Bowen acted as the exclusive M&A advisor to Directly.

Connecting customers to Expert users in a gig model fundamentally expands and improves the traditional call center model. Directly’s platform customers include leading brands such as Microsoft, LinkedIn, Airbnb and Autodesk.
