DZS Acquires NetComm
Boston, June 6, 2024 – Bowen is pleased to announce that DZS (Nasdaq: DZSI), a developer of Network Edge, Connectivity and Cloud Software solutions enabling broadband everywhere, has acquired NetComm, a 40-year market-leading broadband connectivity and IIoT device company headquartered in Australia. Bowen acted as the buyside advisor to DZS.
