Boston, April 28, 2026 – Bowen is pleased to announce that VISO TRUST, an AI-powered risk intelligence platform that enables enterprises to assess and monitor third-, fourth-, and nth-party risk, has been acquired by Protecht, a portfolio company of PSG and a leading provider of enterprise GRC software solutions based in Sydney, Australia. Bowen acted as the exclusive M&A advisor to VISO TRUST.
VISO TRUST was founded to address the limitations of traditional third-party risk management, which relies on static, manual processes and point-in-time assessments. Its platform ingests and analyzes vendor data directly from source systems to deliver continuous, evidence-based risk intelligence, bridging the gap between technical risk signals and governance workflows. Integrated with Protecht, the combined platform enables organizations to translate system-level risk into actionable, enterprise-level decision-making.
