Bowen Advisors Serves as M&A Advisor to BroadSoft
BOSTON, June 10, 2015 – Bowen Advisors is pleased to announce that BroadSoft, the leading provider of software and services that enable mobile, fixed-line and cable service providers to offer Unified Communications over their IP networks, has acquired mPortal, a leading enabler of mobile user experiences. This is BroadSoft’s 13th acquisition with Bowen Advisors as its buyside M&A advisor.
mPortal, headquartered in McLean, VA and with a large team in Bangalore, India, designs and develops customer experiences across mobile, web and other connected devices. The purchase of mPortal forms a new division at BroadSoft – BroadSoft Design – focused on creating customizable, differentiated user experiences built around BroadSoft’s UC-One solution.
