Bowen Advisors Serves as Financial Advisor to BroadSoft

BOSTON, January 15, 2015 – Bowen Advisors is pleased to announce that BroadSoft, the leading provider of software and services that enable mobile, fixed-line and cable service providers to offer Unified Communications over their IP networks, has acquired Leonid Systems, a leading hosted VoIP OSS provider. This is BroadSoft’s 12th acquisition with Bowen Advisors as its buyside M&A advisor.

Leonid, a BroadSoft partner for several years, develops purpose-built web portals for BroadWorks service provider customers, simplifying configuration and enhancing service management. The transaction brings this capability in-house, enabling BroadSoft to better provide superior user experiences for service providers and their customers.
