Bowen Advisors Serves as M&A Advisor to BroadSoft

BOSTON, September 13, 2012 – Bowen Advisors, Inc., a Boston-based mergers and acquisitions and strategic advisory firm focused on emerging and established technology companies, is pleased to announce that BroadSoft has acquired Adaption Technologies, a provider of hosted business VoIP solutions. In the deal, Bowen Advisors provided M&A advisory services to BroadSoft.

Adaption’s hosted VoIP solutions and Rialto service operating platform are an important addition to BroadSoft’s BroadCloud SaaS delivery platform, and will enable BroadSoft’s service provider customers to more quickly set up and provide service to end users.
