Kevin Hawkins Joins Bowen

We are excited to announce that Kevin Hawkins has joined Bowen, growing the firm’s sector-leading Cloud & CX practice.

A career investment banker, Kevin brings extensive global transaction expertise, completing over 50 transactions with both private and public growth technology companies. Kevin has deep domain knowledge in Cloud & CX software, ranging from public, private, mobile, and IoT cloud infrastructure to the software applications that run in those environments. Kevin also brings a deep understanding of SaaS business models, particularly in the contact center, human capital management, e-commerce, safety, and logistics markets. 

Kevin re-joins Bowen from a European investment bank where he spent five years establishing the firm’s global Technology practice, while continuing to build a personal franchise in Cloud & CX by expanding his network of growth technology, growth/private equity and strategic buyer relationships.
